Limthande’s progress highlights a simple yet powerful truth: when a child receives individual attention and care, their potential can shine through. One of the most touching moments in Limthande’s journey was when she wrote a heartfelt letter to her teacher, expressing her gratitude and love for the nurturing and guidance she had received. Today, she is a confident, happy child, engaging in classroom activities with enthusiasm – just like her peers. Limthande and her family also found comfort from an unexpected place. Each week, her mother received a call from our Social Worker, letting her know that an in-kind donation was ready for collection. Though the donation from our Kitchen department Limthande’s entire family benefited. For families like theirs, this support is more than nourishment – it’s about dignity, relief, and the knowledge that someone cares enough to help carry the load.
