A Life transformation through our Home Food Garden programme.

At the age of 77, Mr Ngalwinedaka Windvoel has transformed his life through our Home Food Garden programme. Living alone in a one-bedroom house in Zwelitsha, his passion for agriculture fuels his purpose. 

By tending to his home garden and a large plot at the Siseko Early Childhood Development Centre, he not only grows nutritious vegetables but also fosters community spirit. On market days, he proudly sells his harvest, generating income and supporting his independence. Additionally, his generosity shines as he donates fresh produce to the Centre, helping to ensure that the children receive healthy meals. 

Through his dedication, Mr Windvoel exemplifies how one person’s passion can create a lasting impact, enriching both his life and those around him
