Lilitha Ntshele, the second of nine children, was born at home in Nyanga in 2006. Her journey with Etafeni began as a learner at the Afterschool programme when she was referred by Linge Primary School when she was in Grade 5 in 2016.

When Ntando first joined PowerGirls, she struggled with debilitating social anxiety, fear of public speaking, and low self-esteem.

At the age of 77, Mr Ngalwinedaka Windvoel has transformed his life through our Home Food Garden programme.

After losing all their possessions in a fire in December 2023, Mrs Baninzi was referred to our Social Work department.
